#WorkIt with Aj Odudu


Get Money Get Buff! That was my resolution for the New Year, remember? Ok so it's been a struggly half a year in terms of getting both the mulla and the abs but it always helps to have encouraging friends. My best friend, Charnah and I are constantly on each other's backs about what we eat and how active we are so when our gorgeous gal with the envious abs, AJ hollered about trying out some of her killer moves for Adidas Women, we were 100% down!

These high knee runs followed by squats were killer but once we sorted our form, we were unstoppable. Perky derrière? Yes please!
I've never been a huge trainer enthusiast as, to be honest, I thought they all felt the same. But, when I put on these Adidas boosts... Bruh! I legit felt so light on my feet and this really impacted my workout positively.



All in all I'd say it was a pretty good workout sesh. AJ's moves were killer yet simple to follow - perfect for a wannabe fitness babe like myself!
